Yes! You are more than welcome to come and visit us prior to booking.
In fact we highly recommend you visit us for piece of mind and to put your dog at ease.
We can then discuss your specific requirements and meet your dog.
Yes! At Mutlins we care for your dog in our home 24 hours a day, including night time to ensure the best possible care for your dog.
Chapelfield Vets is our licensing Vets and is on call.
Their practice is only minutes away.
We also require your vets details and emergency contact information.
Yes! Mutlins has high secure fencing which is independently checked weekly.
Yes! Please initially call, message or email us to check if your required dates are available.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due prior to your stay.
You can pay via bank transfer or cash upon arrival.
Please ensure our online booking form has been completed. You will find this here - (BOARDING FORM)
Failure to complete the booking form will unfortunately result in your dogs stay being cancelled.
Please do not complete the booking form if you have not paid a deposit.
Please bring your dogs vaccination proof on the day of your booking.

Yes but we only look after a small number of dogs at any one time which ensures a bespoke quality of care.
